02 / BEHIND THE SOUND

Built for
the internet.

proddbyck (CK) is a producer and artist with Jersey Club at the heart of his sound. His remixes and edits—including BTTMFRN, foolin’ around, and his NewJeans flip—bring that energy into synthclub and hoodtrap territory.

From CMONNN (Jersey Club) and Sex With Me #synthclub to the album XVI, it’s music made to move people.

PRODDBYCK

Terms of Service

Effective October 2, 2026

These terms cover your use of the proddbyck website, including its music links and contact form. By using the site, you agree to these terms.

Music, artwork & permissions

Music, artwork, branding, and other content belong to their respective rights holders. Visiting this site or listening to music does not grant a license to reproduce, distribute, sample, sell, or commercially use that material. Any beat, sample-pack, or music license must be obtained separately from the relevant rights holder.

Contact & project inquiries

Send accurate contact details and only material you have permission to share. Do not submit spam, unlawful content, abusive messages, or sensitive personal information. Sending an inquiry does not create a booking, partnership, license, or obligation to respond. Project scope, fees, rights, and delivery terms must be agreed separately.

External services & purchases

Streaming, social, and shop links lead to independent services. Purchases take place on the linked shop, where the seller’s stated license, payment, refund, and platform terms apply. This site does not process payments. External services are responsible for their own content, availability, and practices.

Availability & responsibility

We aim to keep information useful and current, but content and services may change or be unavailable. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the site is provided as available without guarantees of uninterrupted access or error-free content. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.

Privacy

The Privacy Policy explains how contact details and technical information are handled.

Changes & contact

Updates to these terms will be posted here with a revised effective date. For permissions, questions, or concerns, contact info@proddbyck.com.

PRODDBYCK

Privacy Policy

Effective October 2, 2026

This policy describes information handled when you visit the proddbyck website or submit an inquiry. For privacy questions, contact info@proddbyck.com.

Information you provide

The contact form asks for your first name, last name, email address, subject, and message. A phone number is optional. Please do not include payment details, passwords, identification documents, or other sensitive information.

How inquiries are used

Your information is used to review your request, communicate with you, and discuss a possible project. Supplying a phone number allows us to contact you about that inquiry by phone. Submitting the form does not subscribe you to marketing messages. Inquiry details are not sold or used for advertising lists.

Form processing & email

FormSubmit processes the form and forwards inquiries to the business contact inboxes managed by proddbyck. Email providers process and store the resulting correspondence. FormSubmit may use security checks and cookies to reduce spam. Review FormSubmit’s privacy terms. These providers may process data in countries other than your own.

Site hosting & external content

The site is hosted through OpenAI Sites. Hosting providers may process technical information such as IP addresses, browser details, and request logs to deliver and protect the site. Google Fonts supplies fonts, and the Spotify player connects to Spotify when loaded. These services receive technical connection information and may apply their own cookie and privacy practices. The site does not add a separate advertising or analytics tracker.

For details, see the privacy policies of OpenAI, Google, and Spotify. Following shop or social links takes you to services governed by their own policies. You can manage cookies through your browser settings.

Retention & protection

Inquiry correspondence is kept for as long as needed to respond, manage any resulting project, and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations. It is not intended to be kept indefinitely. Service providers apply their own retention practices. We take reasonable care with information, but no online transmission or storage method is completely secure.

Your choices

You can leave the optional phone field blank. To request access, correction, or deletion of information you have submitted, or to withdraw permission for further inquiry-related contact, email info@proddbyck.com. Requests are handled subject to applicable legal and recordkeeping requirements. Additional rights may apply where you live.

Policy updates

Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
